By employee, Summary by type

This summary report lists all expenses incurred by the employee selected (invoiced or not) for the file and period selected. It will contain the following information :

 

· Expense type.

· Mileage (auto travel only).

· Sub-total (before taxes).

· Grand total (before taxes).

 

It is possible to view reports before printing. For more information on viewing and printing reports, refer to section on Printing and Viewing Reports and Invoices .
