Employee register sub-menu

 

Employee register submenu permits printing your employee list. When this submenu is selected, Employee register screen will appear as shown below.

 

· Select report type : detailed or summary.

 

Move the pointer on the differents buttons of the following screen to obtain context sensitive help.

Detailed report will list :

 

· Employee number

· Employee name and title

· Sort and security code numbers

· Telephone number

· Salary

· Client billing rate for this employee

 

Summary report will list :

 

· Employee number

· Employee name and title

· Telephone number

 

 

Note : Detailed report lists all employees, active or inactive while Summary report lists only active employees.

 

When type of report is selected, click on « Ok » to access printing and viewing module or on « Cancel » to abort. For more information on printing and viewing reports, refer to Printing and Viewing Reports and Invoices .
