First time use of the Employees sub-menu

 

The first time you use TimeGold, the only entry in the employees data base is that of administrator which was entered by default. When you selec the Employees sub-menu for the first time, the Managing Employees' Information screen shown below will appear.

 

Move the pointer on the differents fields and buttons of the following screen to obtain context sensitive help.

The first step is to enter you name in the Employees list. Click on « New » and the Adding a new employee screen will appear. Refer to the section on Adding a new employee for instructions.
