Invoices menu

 

TimeGold offers three (3) invoicing modes to suit your needs and according to contract stipulations.

 

· Fixed amount invoice mode where the ontract is on a fixed amount basis.

 

· Hourly rate invoice mode where the contract is on an hourly basis.

 

· Products and services invoice mode to invoice for products and services. This invoicing module relates to the Products List you will have created in the Register menu.

 

All three (3) invoicing modules relate to the data bases of the Register menu. When invoices are created, data relative to each file is compiled and calculated automatically to simplify the work and avoid costly errors.

 

Important : NETWORK VERSION USERS will please take note that, during invoicing, only the person doing the invoicing can be online. The same applies to cancelling an invoice. This is important in order to avoid addition to or modifications of the data bases during processing. If other users are online when you wish to create or delete an invoice, the following warning will appear : « You must be the only user online to create or delete an invoice. Request other users to leave the system ». Similarly, no other user can access TimeGold when a user is invoicing.

 

Invoices menu is divided in eight (8) sub-menus as described below :

· INVOICE – HOURLY BASED SUB-MENU

· PRODUCT INVOICE SUB-MENU

· DELETE INVOICES SUB-MENU

· Invoice List

· Search in the Invoice List

· PRINT AN INVOICE SUB-MENU

· NEXT INVOICE NUMBER
